Randi is able to quickly empathize with people, identify how they can develop coping strategies, enact positive change, and enhance their inner strengths. Randi’s calming, professional yet personal demeanor and warm approach allows her to quickly establish meaningful relationships with her clients as they trust her to help them find the strength and ability to overcome their challenges.
Experience You Can Count On
Randi has years of experience working with adults of all ages in a variety of settings. She has worked in non-profits, hospitals, outpatient mental health, and substance use settings where she has been able to develop and refine her counseling skills. She has created her own grief group curriculum that has been utilized in many group settings.
Randi received her Masters in Clinical Social Work at one of the top schools in the country; University of Southern California and graduated with honors. She is a Licensed Master of Social Worker and Associate Clinical Social Worker. Licensed in various states and able to work with clients overseas.
Some of the treatment modalities and techniques she utilizes include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Each individual will receive a highly personalized approach tailored to meet their individual needs and help attain the personal growth she or he is striving for.
