Walk Talk Therapy is just like it sounds we get outside and walk during our sessions. Many clients prefer Walk Talk Therapy due to it being a more relaxed environment than an office.  Walking while sharing your struggles and life situations can also be meditative. ​There are several reasons why Walk Talk Therapy is a great approach; it gets your moving figuratively and physically and being in nature can be grounding.
Physical activity helps to reduce levels of depression and anxiety and can help to prevent depressive symptoms.
